Find the Perfect Pairing

Our winemaking process begins with meticulous grape selection and hand-harvesting at peak ripeness. The grapes undergo gentle crushing and fermentation, with temperature control to preserve varietal character. We age our wines in carefully selected barrels, allowing the flavors to develop complexity and depth.

Whether you’re an aficionado or just venturing into the world of wine, we aim to cultivate an inviting and refined experience for everyone. At the end of the day, the best wine is the one you enjoy drinking.

Blanc de Blancs

Our wines are reason enough to celebrate. Dive into the where and why behind our featured sparkling wine.

  • The Russian River Valley has a unique geography that imparts distinct qualities to the grapes grown there and is one of the primary reasons we use it for our Bruit de Bruts.

In the Valley, the morning fog rolls in from the coast and lingers over the vineyards, cooling the grapes and slowing their ripening process. This extended hang time allows the grapes to develop complex flavors while retaining bright acidity.

Soil Type: Goldridge Loam - A fine sandy loam formed from ancient seabed deposits. This soil offers excellent drainage, forcing vines to dig deeper, which produces concentrated and expressive fruit flavors.

  • The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, creating fine, persistent bubbles and complex flavors from yeast contact. Used for Champagne, ahem, and high-quality sparkling wines.

  • The Brut de Bruts has a bright acidity and complex yeast-derived flavors. We like to pair this sparkling wine with:

    • Strong Soft Cheese

    • Fresh Fruit

    • Celebrations & Good Times
